My parents stayed at the Best Eastern Hotel Aviatrans, which is right in the heart of the city, on 4 Abovyan Street. They said it was ok, nothing fancy: they had a nice room with good shower. But there's no internet, though (and they could't write to me while they were away). I don't remember how much they said it cost.
